I designed this worksheet because I see so many people writing down goals and forgetting about them, or coming up with excuses why it didn't work out.
We can't assume that by writing down our goals, we our on our way to achieving them.
There's so much more involved.
It takes both mental + physical effort to achieve the goals that we set for ourselves.
We need to:
1) get clear on what you want,
2) get motivated + excited to take action, and
3) get moving with your action plan.
